Two high school students, Maureen De Santos and Carla Quintero, were selected to participate in the Entrepreneurship Club of the Inspiring Girls Foundation, which will take place from April 29 to May 26 at the Camilo Jose Cela Univsersity postgraduate building.
The objective of the activity is to arouse the entrepreneurial spirit in teenagers, providing them with the tools to design business models and execute projects. In a practical way and supported by renowned businesswomen, the students will work on their own project from the kick-off idea to its landing on the market.
The following items of the entrepreneur process will be addressed in the sessions: Design Thinking: Ideation; Market study; Canva Business Model; Digital marketing, and Communication and Sales Speech.
Inspiring Girls is a foundation of British origin foundation that began working in Spain in 2016 and whose mission is to foster the future professional development of teenage girls, connecting them with women who lead the different sectors so that through a role model experience, they can learn about career opportunities serving as inspiration to raise expectations.
